Way to go!

With the Winter Olympics drawing to a close, with the tight hockey match underway as we write, we couldn't ignore this most obvious of topics. We'll be dedicating much of this week's episode to this subject, exploring the events, the athletes, NBCs coverage (3 hour time delays on the same time zone?!?!?!) and related subject matter.

Russia must be asking itself "What the hell just happened?" with its lackluster performance in the medal count and the leaders are "Nyet" happy, of course. The US did great and it was wonderful to watch the athletes do their thing and enjoy themselves in the process. Then there were the officials who must all be old farts, as they seem to forget that most of the competitors are 20 somethings who are super fit, and have to release tension after 4 years of training. Of course they're going to party you bloody morons. Stop chastising them for being young, fit and fabulous. Perhaps they're just jealous.

Expect this weeks episode by Wednesday. (We're working on getting them out sooner.)

SO.....after months of postulation and introspection, we finally did it. The podcast is on iTunes and we are officially up and running. Yeh. It's on iTunes as "What the hell just happened?" ... imaginatively enough ... "if it aint broke, don't fix it" is a good maxim after all.
